Urban Decay Tiger's Eye 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner) ($22.00 for 0.04 oz.) has a warmer, rosy-brown base with flecks of purple, green, and pink sparkle throughout. It had sheer coverage, which I could build to mostly opaque coverage but had to use such a firm pressure that it was unrealistic (read: painful) to do so on the actual lash line. The sparkles/micro-glitter pushed around the base product, which pulled into fine lines and looked jagged along the edge as it was a drier, stiffer formula. It stayed on for eight hours but had fallout over time.
