Stev is a deep red with neutral-to-cool undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque color payoff that was buildable to full coverage with two layers or when applied over an eyeshadow primer. The texture was soft, a little powdery in the pan, so I'd recommend using a lighter hand and building up to avoid unnecessary fallout. The eyeshadow lasted nicely for eight hours on me before showing signs of fading.
