Scandalous is a dark red with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. There were faint sparkles in the pan, but they just did not translate on the lid, so it was largely a matte finish in practice. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation that applied evenly and blended out well on the lid. It stayed on nicely for eight hours.
