Jingle

Jingle is described as a "true blue red [with a Matte finish]." It's a medium-dark red with subtle, cool undertones and a satin finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation, and the texture of this shade had more slip to it than the average matte in ColourPop's range. It glided on easily, but I was still able to get really crisp lines straight from the tube. This shade lasted for six hours and left a stain behind. It was neither drying nor hydrating for me.
