This is a new, limited edition shade exclusively available at Sephora, and it will debut on November 2nd. The consistency was lightly creamy–enough that it didn’t drag across the lips but didn’t slide around while worn–and seemed to become a little more emollient as it warmed up on the lips. It had semi-opaque color coverage that went on fairly evenly and lasted for six and a half hours, while also leaving behind a stain. The formula felt lightly hydrating over time.

Looks very good on you
Thanks, Marie!
It’s a beautiful color, and I love that they used the purple design on the cap. I hope I can snag one when it goes live.
The design on the cap is gorgeous!
I loveeee the cap!!! I wish this was the cap design that they had gone with for the full Vice Lipstick range!!! Thank you for the swatch!!!! This color really is beautiful on you!!!
When it goes live, Rachel? Dang, I was hoping to buy it instore instead of online!
You can buy it wherever you like. I don’t live really close to Sephora, so I usually buy online.
Thank you, Rachel! I read “live” as having to set my alarm or something to catch it in time, LoL! As a result, I went into a state of panic. ?
Beautiful color and case *_*. I am swimming in lipsticks after buying both versions of the Vice Lipstick palettes (which I love, by the way! So handy for an ADD lipstick addict like myself). I have Nevermind by Colourpop too, but this looks more comfortable and less bluish (and thus more flattering). Gosh, these vampy shades just get me!
LOL! You and me both. I might be drowning in lipsticks!
This is pretty much my dream color lipstick. Last year I went to the Bite Beauty lab to create a satin version of Nars Train Bleu and this is just as gorgeous. Will definitely be picking this shade up!
Woohoo!! 🙂
Wow, this is a dark one! I’ll check my stash for dupes, and if nothing, will consider, since it’s such a hard color to get right
It is intense!
I love this color! That must be why I already have Train Bleu, lol!
Nice! 🙂
Wow love this!
Yay!
*Perfect* alternative to either the LE Bite Berry Rouge that I adored but couldn’t get due to my not being Rouge, and to a MAC Smoked Purple. Yes, I need this one! ???
It is SO similar to it – I was surprised by how close it was to Berry Rouge!
WOW. That looks spectacular on you, Christine!
Also, I think I need to buy this.
Aw, thank you Annaham!
Ohhh, I like!
Happy to hear it!
Gorgeous!!
It is!
This surprises me, Christine! I don’t usually see dupes listed as 100% similar, if at all! Pretty color for sure.
It was surprisingly dupable!
I want this, but as it’s Sephora exclusive, and Sephora here doesn’t carry UD, I’ll not get it. I do have two dupes and I want a third, Train Bleu, but I have to order that as our Sephora for some strange reason don’t have it.
Aww! 🙁
That shine on the container is no joke. You look rad!
Thanks, Lan!
This type of color was definitely missing from the launch, I’m glad they added it now that it’s “in season”.
Me too!
This is so exciting! I can basically get the Bite Berry Rouge lipstick without actually being VIB Rouge! I will definitely be picking this one up as the color is to die for. 😀
Perfect! 🙂
Ooooh this color rrrrreally suits you!
I love oxblood in general, but this shade is truly gorgeous! I might have to snag this come November.
I love these vampy colours, but they always look terrible on me 🙁
pretty color, I LOVE your hair down Christine!
Is this part of a collection or something? Is it common for brands to release one-off product releases like this? Apart from the rouge exclusives that are one-off in theory but only online.
It’s just a single release! I don’t know how often amounts to common, but it’s definitely not unusual to me!
You wear it well! I broke down and bought the eye shadow (3 palette) vault so I’ll pass on the lipstick for now.
Ooh, vampy! I kind of want to buy it just for the packaging, I love that cap design! 🙂
How ridiculous is it that I like this one better than CP Hutch solely for the name?
These ultra dark shades are not as flattering as other shades on you Christine. It’s different, but lighter shades are simply more flattering on most women who are lighter skinned, IMO. But you can rock whatever you like!
I love the cap! The lipstick is very pretty, but too dark for me.
Gorg color 🙂 did you wear with a lip liner?
I don’t!
