Unicorn Tears

Too Faced Unicorn Tears Unicorn Highlighting Stick ($28.00 for 0.27 oz.) is a pale beige base with iridescent blue-to-violet shifting pearl. The shift was visible (more so in person) but the overall effect was subtle, as the product was designed to be more buildable and on the less intense side as far as highlighters can go.

The highlighting stick had a lightweight, thin consistency that had a bit of slip but not as much as is ideal for spreading and evening out product on cheeks. The thinness made it harder to apply over foundations without it lifting it up in places, and I had the best application results when I patted the color on without spreading and then using a dampened sponge to soften the edges. The highlighter stayed on well for seven and a half hours on me.

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!
