According to the brand, the formula is supposed to have “easy application” with a “buildable finish.” It is a baked formula, so the drier, looser consistency wasn’t a total surprise, but it is prone to sheering out and kicking up excess in the pan if you’re not careful. The pan is large enough where you can use two shades or all three together without a lot of trouble, but to get just one shade, it is harder to fit an average-sized blush brush, and even a lot of the highlighter brushes I have were too large to just get a single strip of color. It is most practically used as a mix of at least two shades. It had semi-sheer, buildable coverage (to about semi-opaque) with a nice, luminous sheen on the skin that didn’t emphasize pores. On me, it lasted for seven hours before fading.

Seems like a B is a fair rating for this product. Blendability is important to me, but I don’t like when products are prone to sheering out.
It’s not bad, not great, right there in the middle!
I have the other 3 colors and I love them, so I am planning on getting this one, too- I love the coral! BUT I am going to wait until Ulta’s next 21 Days of Beauty sale. During the past several runs they have had these featured at half price, so I am going to cross my fingers and hope they repeat that again.
I hope it will be up for sale for ya, Julia!
How can i know when is ulta’s next 21 days of beauty sale??? I wold love to purchase a few of these for me to.
It’s happening this month but the Perfect Flush Blush isn’t included this time ? They are offering a bunch of other blush deals, though! Christine posted all of the deals here on the blog yesterday. They should be up on the Ulta website soon too, if they aren’t already.
Very cute package and name. Too bad it’s difficult to get a single color and avoid sheering.
It is cuter than I think it is amazing, lol!
Oh my goodness. This looks divine. I need this Bellini, and *finally* Patisserie lipstick, too. That combo is perfect for summer!
Just remembered why I loved Patisserie on myself when I tried it on.
Glad you liked the combo, Nancy!
It’s pretty, but there are a number of dupes that perform better and cost less
So true – very dupable shade!
True, after I had already subbed my comment, I went back and looked at the side by side dupes. MAC Style looks much better quality wise.
Beautiful colors, but the texture doesn’t sound as though I’d like it.
It could be improved!
Do you think it is similar to benefit coralista??I own coralista and I dont need another similar blush…thank you
It depends on the one you have! Do you have a single, relatively new, or from a palette?
A single one I bought last summer!
These two faced baked blushes are too cute! They look great on vanity that’s for sure (I’ve got a old school cream french one). However…for the price a B rating for a blush doesn’t do it for me ): especially if it’s prone to sheering out…Especially since I have the MUG Romance blush :S
I think you’re covered with Romance 🙂
A gorgeous colour, but I really don’t like the heart shaped pan because I think it will be annoying to use. I think the formula could have been a bit better too. Love your eye look Christine.
I can definitely see it not being ideal – I think it works if you want to mix them together but less so if you want to use them individually!
AlthoughI don’t need more blush, if I did, I would probably go for the dupes. I do like the heart shape though. I like the color but would not like the fading.
Too Faced’s regular blush range has something close enough and is heart-shaped, too 😀
I rather go for the I will always love you blush. Still cute but better formula. I am not a super fan of shimmery baked blushes. They don’t always have the lasting power I like!
I totally agree, Erica! Still has the heart-shape but way better!
I really like this one. I haven’t really been drawn to these blushes, but this one I might just have to pick up! By the way Christine, I love your look! Very nice
Thank you, Alicia!
Oh so pretty <3
It is cute!
A little too warm for me!
Gotcha 🙂
It is pretty, but I think I’ll manage to keep my greedy hands away from it. I think there are quite a lot of blushes I like better. The heart packaging is among the cutest, though 🙂
There are better blushes out there for sure!
