Cinnamon Swirl
Too Faced Cinnamon Swirl 18-Pan Eyeshadow Palette ($49.00 for 0.43 oz.) is a new, limited edition holiday palette with a mix of warmer neutrals and a hint of pink and purple pop. It does have a sweet, slightly spicy scent to it.
The quality was all over the place with some shades being quite nice to work with–pigmented, blendable, and long-wearing–but others were powdery, prone to fallout, or sheerer (even over primer), so it wasn’t consistent, which made for similarly inconsistent results. At a minimum, this would only be workable for someone who doesn’t mind fallout and uses primer (for matte shades) and fingertips (for shimmer shades).

Cinnamon Swirl is a medium brown with moderate, warm orange undertones and a matte finish. The consistency was smooth, velvety, and denser without being powdery nor too firmly-pressed into the pan. The eyeshadow had opaque color coverage that lasted well for eight hours before fading a bit.

Gooey Goodness is a pale peach with warm, yellow undertones and copper and pink pearl. It had semi-sheer color coverage, which wasn’t buildable, that adhered fairly evenly to bare skin but was best applied with a fingertip as the texture was somewhat stiff and harder to use with a dry brush. It stayed on well for seven hours before fading noticeably.

Ready, Set, Bake is a medium pink with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow had medium pigmentation, which didn’t build up well–even over a primer. The texture was thin, lightly powdery, and drier overall. This shade lasted well for six hours before showing signs of fading.

Sticky Fingers is a medium, rosy copper with warm undertones and flecks of pink and gold sparkle throughout. The texture was drier, more loosely-pressed, and prone to light fallout during application. Well, ain’t that just great; Too Faced FINALLY does a good theme palette without adding the dreaded, by me at least, sodium saccharine, but it sucks! Oy vey! Good thing I have ND Bronze Midi sized Palette for similar enough vibes.
It’s like their old Peanut Butter and Jelly palette, expanded.
It’s a fairly large palette and thank you for reviewing this one Christine. I do feel that Too Faced are a bit late to the copper party though – lots of dupes for the major shades and some do look fairly similar to each other. I think that bright pink looks a bit out of place here though. A green would have added a better dimension to the colour story.
The quality really does vary and this is a bit typical of TF of old.
Hmm seems similar to my other Too Faced palettes , so I’ll pass for now . Very cute neutrals and pop of purple though.

It’s not for me, this one. I have all the coppers I need. At first glance it looked OK, I thought, but it’s too warm and too coppery.
My eyes went immediately to the purple and then to the blackened plum (Stay Currant) that probably is my favourite out of all shades in this palette, I have MAC Smut so I can forget this palette.
It was fun seeing Too Faced here again though I wish they would work more on their formulas to make them better and more user friendly.
This is another palette that would be instantly recognizable, if the swatches were laid out in a grid, with no names. (Too bad you’d get sued if you ran a name-the-brand-of-that-palette contest.) Lots of copper family variations with a nod to purple. Yes, Genevieve, it would have benefited from 2-5 greens. At least many of the shades are an improvement. And some of the cutesy names are even a bit funny. (Love the bun Ur with…I keep singing it that way.) But how covered is this for most of us? Highly. Very. Hope tf gets some new fans.
