Ground Crew is a medium, coppery brown with warm, more orange undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow had opaque color payoff that applied evenly to bare skin and blended out with ease. The texture was lightly powdery in the pan, but I didn't notice fallout or a tendency to sheer out during application. It stayed on well for eight and a half hours before fading noticeably.
