Flock Party #3 is a soft, golden copper with warm undertones and a frosted sheen. It had opaque pigmentation with a smooth, blendable texture that was denser but not firm or stiff in the pan, so it didn't have fallout, adhered well to bare skin, and lasted better than most shades in the formula (seven and a half hours) on its own.
