Hi Christine :o) You always look Amazing in all your looks.. How do you find the time ?? I <3 You.. & Appreciate All the Hard Work you Do for Us.. Wish You always The Best! Know that It is Greatly Valued oxox Melinda
Thank you so much, Melinda!!
Ohh, I like the monthly LOTD roundups idea!!
My fav was the Bright Sunset!
Haha, well, at least when I have done enough to merit a *monthly* roundup… 😉
Really beautiful beautiful looks! My favorite is the purple and orange one 🙂
Thanks, Tavia 🙂
My favourite would have to be the sunset eyes because it looks so warm and tropical. Runners up are Golden Berry and Barbie Pink and Purple.
Awesome 🙂 I think the Barbie one was one of my faves, too!
I absolutely loved the Glitter Makeup: Stila Jewel Eye Palette Look!! The colors are amazing, your blending is superb and the whole look is gorgeous on you. Very well done!!
Yay! Glad ya liked that one! I was surprised at how it turned out with the black base!
I think it’s a great idea to recap as sometimes I struggle to find looks I wanted. By the way, did you ever do any looks with the Guerlain holiday (Bal de minuit?), Brun mordore and the Slavic beauty quads? I could have sworn you did, but could never find them. 🙁
Out of these my absolute favourite was the All warmed up look. I’ve printed it out for reference too. 🙂 I also loved the pinks, purples and teals. Those are the colours I wear the most anyway. 🙂
I don’t think I ever did any looks with those three, but I did one with the spring quad – http://www.temptalia.com/spring-makeup-light-pinks-purples
I want to say I did do one with the holiday quad, but I can’t find photos, so maybe I dreamt that!
You know, I was sure you did, but couldn’t find it, so maybe it was a dream we both had, lol?
Apparently so… lol!
It would be great to link the pictures to the posts! I thought the same when you did the red lippy recap. It’s a bit hard to go up and down to see the names of the looks :/
Hey Basak,
I’ll see what I can do to make it easier, but one of the problems is just getting everything to line-up and evenly spaced, which is much, much easier to do with one big graphic than 17 different graphics + text/links underneath (since some titles are long, some are shorter, etc.)!
Wow, where did January go!? I love the look compilation – 17 FOTDs in 31 days is really impressive!
OMG, tell me about it, LOL! I can’t believe it’s going to be February already!
My favorite is “Summer Makeup: The Bright Sunset.” I think it looks gorgeous with brown eyes. Hopefully I will be able to buy all the eyeshadows so I can wear a similar look this summer.
Thanks, Amanda! Hope you wear it this summer!
wow! you have been busy! it was great to come to your site after a couple of days and get to see a bunch of brand new looks!
it’s a tough choice, but i’m tending towards the smoky tarnished look…but i did love the stila jewel look and the extremely bright sunset one!
🙂 It’s hard to go wrong with sunset eyes, I swear!
I love how you cover a wide range of looks, Christine. It goes the lot of us a lot to choose from if we ever feel like trying something new. I just wanted to tell you thank you for all the work you put into it and congrats on a job really, really well done. 🙂
Would you mind a really vague request for a look though?
Thanks, Ceriene! You’re always welcome to request something, but I make no guarantees that I will be able to fulfill it!
Thanks, Christine. It’s no problem if you can’t fulfill it. 🙂 You’d be way too busy, if you took every request you were given.
Most of your looks that have color are… very bright and bold. I’d really like to see a look done with some matte/satin shadows, that have some color, but aren’t necessarily bright. Like a wearable every-day look, that isn’t done in just nudes and neutrals. I… hope I’m making sense?
I think I gotcha, thanks Ceriene 🙂
The AiW looks were my favorite. They were creative and i loved the color combinations!
Aww, yay!
My favorite is definitely the Golden Berry look, though I love some of the other more neutral looks. I went to MAC last weekend and got the colors that you used in the Golden Berry look, and on my list of things to do today is to try and replicate it! I am REALLY excited to try it 🙂 Whenever I wear cranberry colors, I receive a lot of compliments, so that look should go very well with colors I wear frequently. Last weekend I also got Lancome Voile de Rose (from the Spring Season) and I LOVE it! I use it with Sheer Raspberry lipliner and a little clear gloss . . . I like wearing it even with the gloomy weather we’re having in northern California, because it makes the clouds not so dark somehow 🙂
Thanks, Hyzenthlay! 🙂 I hope you got a chance to try it today — let me know if you did!
Also super happy you’re loving Voile de Rose! Boo gloomy weather. 🙁
Dude, I love all of them. So colorful. I definitely choose the super bright, colorful colors over muted neutrals.
I’m so not surprised by your answer, Trisha 😉 Thanks!
Gorgeous looks 🙂 I especially love the ones with a lot of blues and greens, it makes me want to try more colorful looks in the future.
Thanks, Jenny 🙂
It’s great to see these recaps when you have enough looks to do it with. Great idea! Thanks for taking the time 🙂
Thanks, Dusty 🙂
I loved all of these looks, but my favourite is a toss up between the Stila Jewel Eye Palette look and the Tarnished Gold look with the Alice in Wonderland Palette!
Thank you, Andrea! The tarnished gold one was one of my faves, too!
Prettyyyy! I like the monthly LOTD idea! I like the yellow/orange one best, it inspired me to do a yellow/orange look too 🙂
Thank you! 🙂 Definitely will keep trying to do the round-ups!
I absolutely love all of them! But looking at them all as a whole, it sure looks like you’re jonesing for spring/summer as much as I am!! LOL! Bring back the sunshine!!
Aww, thank you Mariah 😀
I Love the top middle one with blue and gold eyeliner. Love the roundups; can really see what to try out!
YAY! 😀 glad you liked those!
wow, January was a colorful month, to say the least!
Can’t wait to see all the reds and pinks I’m expecting for February!
Haha, indeed it was! 🙂
My favorites are Spring Makeup: The Fresh Bloom of Spring & Glitter Makeup: Stila Jewel Eye Palette Look ! So gorgeous =)
Thanks, Rennah! 😀
Christine, I really appreciate the summary. I luv your posts, but I particulary enjoy your looks. Thanks for summarizing your looks in one post — that way I don’t have to flip thru all my emails to find “that one look” I was looking for. Thanks again!!!
Happy to hear it helps! 🙂 I’ll try to make sure I do it on the regular!
I must say I loved the quantity of looks this month!! Thanks Christine!
Thanks, Lulee!
We can see all the time and hard work you put to keep this site as interesting, useful and amazing by the way!!!
Love ALL of the looks, so many ideas, Thank you!!!
Aww, thank you Luisafer!
Hi Christine! I want to say thank you for this post. You really are amazing!
No problem! Thank you!
My favourite is the Valentine’s day makeup, because I really adore Dragon on you! I like it so much that I have just bought it for my Valentine to be unforgettable 😉
My favorite is definitely the “Glitter Makeup: Stila Jewel Eye Palette Look.” I love the rich purples and, of course, the glitter! Anything purple and sparkly is a win-win for me!!!
