I think there might be a technical difficulty with this post. The photos that I presume are supposed to be of Whirl (on the left) are instead graphics that say, “Please do not hotlink images. We appreciate you sharing them, but please link to the post. If you are seeing this message on Temptalia, please refresh. Thank you! :)” So I tried refreshing, but same deal. 🙁 Just wanted to let you know in case something needed to be tweaked on the blog side or something or if you have any advice for how to get around it. Hmm, I’m not seeing that message at all! It shows just fine for me on my desktop computer, mobile phone, IE, Chrome, Safari! If you’re seeing that image, it’s nothing on our end – it actually means that you first saw the image on a site unauthorized to publish our content! You would have to do a hard refresh or clear your cache.
That’s exactly what my screen has been showing! Just a message, but no pic. For reference, I’m on a 4G LG Optimus phone?

I love Whirl pencil. The lipstick does not really resemble the shade of the pencil which is on the rosy side. But I guess then the lipstick would just look like Twig, so maybe that is why MAC changed the tone.
NYX Perfect is similar to Whirl.
Huh. Is this shade hard to find? On Sunday, a friend from out of the country asked me to pick it up for her, and I waltzed into Nordstrom and grabbed it without a fuss.
No, but not everyone likes MAC and not everyone wants to pay $16 for Whirl.
I wish I purchased it when it was $16. The price for MAC lipsticks raised to $17 recently.
Whirl is a great lipstick.. looks a little less warm, more rosy on my lips (actually colour wise more like the Lolita dupe from KvD). The lip pencil of the same name is also a fav and I use it all the time for MLBB lipsticks.
Thankfully, I already know how Whirl looks on me! Beautiful, but quite drying, not sure why since other MAC mattes don’t dry out on my lips as quickly. Glad that I do have at least one, possibly two of its possible dupes!

Thanks for reminding me that I needed to purchase Whirl. I was just talking about ordering this over the weekend when my Step-SIL was wearing it. Completely forgot until I saw this post and ordered it today (even though I already own Lolita). It looks beautiful on you (and everyone).
