Do you change the application order of your makeup products based on type of look?

Yes, definitely! While I normally do eye makeup first, then base makeup, if I’m not going to do much on the eyes, then sometimes I’ll do the base first.

Do you pull out specific items to use for the next week or month?

Not really! I have a bin of stuff I need to test, so I will reach into that for what to wear/test each day.

Has there been a product you didn't like initially but later loved?

Has there been a product you didn't like initially but later loved?

This is another question that has me stumped! I think it’s because I don’t revisit much given I am usually testing something new, so when I don’t like something… I move on immediately. I feel like there are products that I didn’t LOVE initially but ended up loving a lot, like Fenty Gloss...

What was the last product you loved that stopped working well for you?

What was the last product you loved that stopped working well for you?

I’m so stumped! Maybe the MAC 239 brush? I have a lot of them, but they have degraded over time (they are close to 15 years old!), and I have found replacements in the last few years anyway, so I don’t use them any more as they are a little rough.

How do you deal with eyeshadow patchiness?

How do you deal with eyeshadow patchiness?

I’ll use another eyeshadow (that’s not so annoying to use) to fill in, cheat the edge, etc. If it is somewhat patchy but not enough to be noticeable to others, I may just live with it, too. I always try to think of the “big picture” since most people are not staring at your closed eye at 5x...
