By brand, and I tend to memorize a lot of the shade names, so I don't do any micro-organizing! Don't ask me how or why my brain retains useless information like lipstick names.

Sometimes, but it's more inadvertently than intentionally--I tend to line my waterline the same as my lower lash line.
