We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

do u have any other recco for me 🙂

Rose Boudoir and Coral Decolette are soooo pretty *sigh* . They’re probably marked up by 10-15% and around in Canada but I may have to find them soon! Love the side by side ( by side!) photos as well!

They’re actually $38 in Canada, so not much of a markup at all. Givenchy aren’t one of the real currency gougers.

Of course, Rose Ruban is one of the worst performing. It’s my favorite type of nude. 😛 (BTW, I don’t know if it was a typo or not, but in the original post, you said Ruban was neutral to warm, not cool toned?)

Rose Dahlia is gorgeous, though. Love me some blue pinks. :3

excellent post, thank you. Again I not can not admire your lips, very nice, and shades you will go. leaves you once bought all the colors, and very satisfied with the quality?

One of the things that has made me hesitate to buy one of these lipsticks has been that I’m never sure how unique the colours are. Your comparisons/ dupes are a great help, but in general, are there any particular shades that you’d choose as being the most unique or hardest to duplicate from other brands?

Rouge Egerie, Corail Signature (almost all similar shades are LE), Brun Vintage, Beige Deshabille (most similar shades are LE, not too many). Shades like say Rose Perfecto – easily duped, and it’ll just come down to performance, finish, and with that particular shade, the level of brightness.

I’m on the “I want them all list”. Decisions, decisions….
Christine, the reviews were so helpful! But even more is this “roundup” with all the colors next to each other. Thank you!

Christine on a side note….is there a tutorial /post for the eye look that you have going on in your Gravatar/profile pic? It’s soo purdy!

those are beautiful colors. I want to try using pink lipsticks from now on. I tend to navigate towards the corals … I haven’t tried a true nude either… it’s mostly pink/coral undertone so it still has some color in it.

I beelined for the Givenchy stand, honestly. It was kind of ridiculous. What’s funny is that not all of this new line is actually available here in Dubai (as far as I can see). The coral ones, for example, weren’t on the stand. Maybe they’re still coming?

Nice roundup! I just can’t seem to commit to getting one, though. The packaging is lovely but when I really think about it the colours don’t seem too special or I should say like nothing I don’t already own.
