Formula Overview
$28.00 -
It's supposed to be very hydrating while "visibly blurring the appearance of vertical lip lines" and delivering "rich, creamy pigment." The lipsticks were opaque in coverage, lightweight, and thin without being clingy. They applied evenly without emphasizing lip lines, though how much they "visibly" blurred was up for debate on a shade-by-shade basis.
The finish was true satin without having a lot of slip, so those who prefer a bit of sheen but often find other formulas to be overly creamy, this one might be a better fit. They glided on comfortably but didn't feel traditionally creamy, though not quite as heavy with silicones as some of the velvet-matte formulas have been.
The lipsticks are refillable, and they were easy to change out (one of the easier systems I've used) while still being secure.
FYI: The lipsticks have a sharper edge that I felt had to be worn down (one application) before the formula applied more comfortably and smoothing. To some degree, all new lipsticks can be like this, but I noticed that this formula needed a full use (or some back and forth during the first use), which is a bit more than typical.

The soft rosy coral of Enigmatic is pulling at my purse strings whispering: “Buy me!” It’s just such a beautifully soft, yet not “nude” or MLBB territory, either.
These are the kind of lipsticks my daughter in law favours, particularly Enigmatic. Both have really good formulas and look comfortable to wear.
