The quality of this palette is mediocre; every shade suffered from a powdery, sometimes chalky, base, so color payoff was often sheer, all were prone to fading quickly on the lid, and even in the event that a fair amount of color applied to the skin, it easily sheered away if you blended it at all. The consistency just didn't allow the powder to bind, adhere, or smooth over the skin. It's this type of quality that gives drugstore makeup a bad name--this reinforces every negative stereotype, and it's unfortunate, because there are better products to be found in the drugstore aisles and Wet 'n' Wild used to make them to boot!
