Viseart Poseidon (Grande Pro (Vol. 2) #9) Eyeshadow ($12.00 for 0.07 oz.) has a blackened blue-teal base with larger blue glitter. It had semi-sheer coverage in a single layer, and the texture was more loosely-pressed and had a tendency to sheer out and have fallout during application. I would recommend using this with a dampened brush or a tacky base/adhesive base to help improve pigmentation and application while also minimizing fallout. This shade is designed to have "medium to full coverage," so some of the sheerness was expected. The underlying color wore well for eight hours but had fallout over time.
