Viseart Coy Eyeshadow Palette ($80.00 for 0.84 oz.) is a new, limited edition palette that features a slew of colors from yellow to purple to green. The finish of these is called "Crystalline Satin" and is supposed to be similar to the "Crystalline Highlighter" shades in the Grande Pro Vol. 2 Palette from last year. The formula is described as buildable from "sheer to full," though I found most shades to be more semi-opaque to opaque in one layer. The texture of the eyeshadows had a softer, almost dusty in a way, that made them very blendable and easier to sheer out if preferred; because they were softer, it was easier to use a lighter hand to get sheerer coverage if preferred.
If you like your eyeshadows fairly pigmented, then it's a better-rated palette than it seems at a glance (more like 92%). I enjoyed using the palette, and I felt it had a soft, sparkly effect with more fleck-like sparkles--finer, flatter, and shinier--that sat well on the lid. and tends to "melt" a little after a few minutes of wear.
