Violet #2

Violet #2 is a slightly muted, medium pinky-berry with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish. This type of shade is harder to find, and I'm so pleased to have seen more berry-hued products this year! It had semi-sheer, buildable pigmentation that could be applied at true-to-pan color after two and a half layers of product. The texture was soft, thin but not too powdery, and it applied and blended out without issue. On me, it wore well for eight and a half hours. Urban Decay NOHO (DC, $26.00) is warmer (95% similar).
