Urban Decay Mad is a moderately warm-toned, light-medium purple with a glitter finish. It is a permanent lipstick that retails for $18.00 and contains 0.17 oz.
Urban Decay Mad Vice Liquid Lipstick ($18.00 for 0.17 fl. oz.) is a medium-dark purple with warm, pink undertones and flecks of fuchsia and violet sparkle. It had semi-sheer coverage that applied unevenly and looked patchy on the lips. A second layer, unfortunately, looked clumpy in places, though it certainly added coverage--but the second layer must be done after the first one is completely dry or else it just moves the color around and makes it clump up. The color lasted four and a half hours before noticeable color and glitter started to flake away, and it also looked uneven as it faded (which may have been due to the uneven application in general). The formula did seem non-drying to me.
