Urban Decay Seismic is a very cool-toned, medium-dark berry with a pearl finish. It is a discontinued lipstick that retails for $18.00 and contains 0.11 oz.

Editor's Review

Urban Decay Seismic Vice Lipstick ($17.00 for 0.11 oz.) is described as a "plum-purple with red shimmer [with a Sheer Shimmer finish]." It's a blackened berry with subtle, cooler undertones and a fine shimmer. It had semi-sheer color payoff that applied evenly, and for a darker shade, just barely darkened lip lines as the consistency has a little density to it. The color lasted for four hours and was nicely hydrating. ColourPop Baewatch (PiP, $7.00) is less shimmery, more pigmented, less glossy (90% similar). Dior Bohemienne (881) (P, $37.00) is brighter (85% similar). MAC Wild Nectar (LE, $19.00) is lighter, cooler (85% similar). NARS Afghan Red (DC, $28.00) is darker (85% similar). Marc Jacobs Beauty Cabaret (146) (DC, $30.00) is brighter, more pigmented (80% similar). Surratt Beauty Glitterati (P, $36.00) is warmer (85% similar). Tom Ford Beauty Valentina (LE, $36.00) is darker (80% similar). See comparison swatches / view dupes side-by-side.

This a really fun colour that give the lips a bit of a tint and lots of glitter! It is not really buildable so if you're looking for pigment I recommend maybe putting this on top of something else. This is a unique shade and I highly recommend!

I tried this one first out of the 24-shade sampler, and I didn't really read the "sheer shimmer" description for the shade before I applied it, but I was pleasantly surprised by how it looked and ended up purchasing the full size. It does take a couple of swipes to build to the color I want, but the color I get is just gorgeous. This is my new favorite. It's nicely hydrating and wears very comfortably. I only wish it lasted a bit longer.

I was able to test this one out from Sephora's 24 shade Vice deluxe sampler. It'sthe first shade out of the 24 that I tried and it took half of the sample to build up and make the color show. The consistency is hands down smooth and non-sticky. I thought the formula is the highest selling point of the line given this shade and of course, the sheer glitter finish. The color payoff may be lipgloss quality, with only a little bit more pigment so if you're not into that, this may not be for you.
