Urban Decay Liar Vice Hydrating Lipstick ($19.00 for 0.11 oz.) is a medium, muted coral with strong, warm undertones and a cream finish. The texture was smooth, firmer but melted and became more pliable as it warmed up against my lips, and delivered light tackiness that was comfortable to wear as it was lightweight and smoothing over time. It had opaque pigmentation that stayed on nicely for four and a half hours and felt lightly hydrating over time.
