Urban Decay 714 Vice Hydrating Lipstick ($19.00 for 0.11 oz.) is a vivid, medium-dark red with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish. It had a firmer texture than the majority of matte shades in the formula, so it felt more like a traditional matte--firm, thin, lightweight, and tugged slightly (but not painfully). It had nearly opaque color coverage that applied evenly and stayed on well for six hours. It left behind a strong stain and felt non-drying.
