Urban Decay Starlight Moondust Eyeshadow ($20.00 for 0.05 oz.) is a light-medium, peachy orange with moderate, warm undertones and a sparkling, high-shine finish with bluish tint. The texture felt smooth, lightly emollient but thin and not actually wet to the touch, so it was easy to pick up with a brush.
The eyeshadow had medium coverage applied with a dry brush and opaque coverage applied applied with a fingertip or a dampened brush. The wet application yielded a slightly more metallic, more sparkling finish. This shade stayed on nicely for eight and a half hours with a touch of fallout over time.
