Urban Decay Dark Cloud is a very cool-toned, light-medium gray with a glitter finish. It is a discontinued eyeshadow that retails for $20.00 and contains 0.05 oz.
Urban Decay Dark Cloud Moondust Eyeshadow ($21.00 for 0.05 oz.) is a medium-dark gray with lighter silver and pale pink sparkle. It had semi-sheer coverage applied dry and mostly opaque coverage applied damp. The texture was noticeably glittery but went on fairly smoothly, and the flecks of sparkle were larger and flat enough that they seemed to adhere to bare skin (even when blended, they tended to disperse across the skin without dropping). I had minor fall out when I used it dry and almost no fall out when I used it damp. MAC Say It Isn't So (P, $18.00)(100% similar). NABLA Cosmetics Luxuriance (PiP, ) is lighter (90% similar). A sparkly eye shadow with a refined and sophisticated feel. This dazzlingly sparkly shadow innovates with a chic feel and not a single speck of chunky glitter. Microfine bits of iridescent sparkle collide with intense, dreamy hues and lush, 3D metallics for an effect that’s out of this world. And since Moondust has minimal fallout, the sparkle stays on your lids (and off your cheeks).
