Urban Decay Paralyzed is a very cool-toned, dark blue with a frost finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow that retails for $19.00 and contains 0.05 oz.
Paralyzed is a deep navy blue with strong, cool undertones and a pearly sheen. It was so cool-toned that it almost looked purplish at times. It had a firmer, denser texture that was best applied using a flat, synthetic brush for true-to-pan, opaque coverage. I was able to pick up product with a fluffy, natural brush for using it in the crease, but it definitely required some building to get the shimmer to really become apparent (I got more of the blackened navy base). It lasted well for eight hours on me.
