Grip is described as a "taupe matte with iridescent micro-glitter." It's a faded, medium taupe with warm, brown tones and light sparkle (more sparkle than glitter to me). It's the type of sparkle where most of it gets lost and doesn't adhere to the skin without some sort of adhesive base. It was firmer in texture with sheerer coverage and was one of the less easy-to-use shades in the palette. The color faded afters even and a half hours.
