Baby Hair is a soft black base with flecks of silver micro-sparkle. It was packed with micro-sparkle, so some of it did show up on my skin, though a lightly tacky base might help get more of them to show up--but be prepared for some fallout over time. The matte base is harder to blend out over a tackier base, though. The texture was thin but silky enough to be blendable and picked up well with a dry brush. It had mostly opaque coverage that showed signs of fading after eight hours of wear (along with light fallout).
