Urban Decay Soundtrack Decades Mini Eyeshadow Palette ($25.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a new, limited edition six-shade palette that had five shimmery shades with one mostly matte shade. The quality was decent, but the formula used still has a thinner, less-rich feel compared to the brand's eyeshadows from a few years ago. Someone who typically applies over eyeshadow primer and uses fingertips or a dampened brush may find the palette easiest to use and get better results--those things weren't so necessary in the past (UD shimmers used to be so lush!).
