Urban Decay Glitter Rock 24/7 Moondust Eyeshadow ($22.00 for 0.06 oz.) is a light-medium pink with warmer undertones and cooler flecks of pink and lavender sparkle throughout. It had sheer pigmentation applied dry and mostly opaque coverage applied with a dampened brush, but it was hard to build it up without using a fingertip or a dampened brush during application.
The texture was smooth to the touch, moderately dense, and felt lightly emollient, so it wasn't powdery nor prone to fallout as the majority of sparkles seemed to adhere to my skin, even as I diffused the edges of the product. It lasted well for eight and a half hours with very faint fallout over time.
