UOMA Beauty Carnival Black Magic Color Palette ($44.00 for 0.35 oz.) is a new, limited edition 10-shade palette that included five shimmery shades and five matte shades.
The shimmers were a little more prone to fallout, but they were easy enough to work with, especially if you're someone who doesn't mind using a dampened brush with your shimmers--they look fantastic applied that way. The mattes performed better than I anticipated in practice as they were pigmented, blendable (and buildable as necessary), and had good longevity.
