Notting Hill is a brighter, lighter orange with strong, warm undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow had a soft, moderately powdery texture that gave me pause, but it had only light fallout during application but seemed to adhere rather evenly and was buildable without having to use a primer. It had opaque coverage that sheered out slightly to more semi-opaque coverage. This shade stayed on well for eight hours before showing signs of fading.
