Oruro is a deeper, rusty orange with moderate, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had rich color payoff that applied evenly to bare skin and blended out well along the edges. The texture felt soft and smooth to the touch, velvety almost but not too heavy or powdery. It stayed on well for eight and a half hours before fading a bit.
