Too Faced Lemon Zest Twinkle Twinkle Liquid Glitter Eye Shadow ($22.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a a medium gold with warm undertones and a mixture of fine and medium-sized glitter particles--it didn't seem quite as chunky as some of the other shades with respect to the glitter content. It seemed to have a transparent base, so I'm not sure where "full-coverage" has much of a chance to come into play. I could apply the product with a separate synthetic brush, pat it into place, and then build up with a second layer to achieve nearly opaque coverage. The texture was very thin and watery, but it didn't sting, and it dried down quickly. Once it set, I didn't see any movement, flaking, or fallout over a 12-hour period.
