Mystic Hour

Mystic Hour is a deep bluish-teal with a frosted finish. This shade had a lot of potential, but it fades immediately after applying--it just doesn't retain that depth and intensity it has in the pan on the lid. Even over Too Faced's primer, it was still underwhelming; I would try using it wet and over a glitter primer as the drier, frosted consistency would likely benefit from both changes.
