On One is a deep blue with subtle, "warm" undertones and a sparkling, metallic finish. The eyeshadow had rich pigmentation that applied evenly and blended out effortlessly along the edges. The consistency was soft, lightly creamy, and blendable. It stayed on well for eight and a half hours on me.
