Too Faced White Chocolate Chip Palette ($26.00 for 0.25 oz.) includes 11 eyeshadows in a small, compact case. I had no trouble getting an average-sized eyeshadow brush into each pan, but the quality of the palette was actually surprisingly bad--there was a cheapness to the formula that made colors look lighter and more white-based to the point where half the shades looked alike once on the lid. This was compounded by the fact that the palette itself lacks variety; a lot of light and light-medium shades and the one really dark shade (which ends up making more work for you as it was so difficult to blend and keep to small areas due to how dusty it was).

I have found that Too Faced's formula tends to require eyeshadow primer to adhere and last awhile, but I can normally apply and get something decent without primer; these looked like utter garbage even over primer (like I just threw and rubbed glitter and pearl on my lid with no differentiation between colors). As I tested the palette, all I could think was, "Did Too Faced even try?" This palette made their holiday palettes--which weren't so hot--look like winners. The funniest part is that there are several repeated shades from one of the holiday palettes, and they were better in that palette than they were here.
