Meteoric #1 is a sparkling, light-medium beige base with lighter, silvery sparkles running through it, which gave it a lighter appearance when applied to my skin. The texture was soft, almost spongy when pressed with a fingertip--airier and more cushion-like than the brand's typical sparkle eyeshadows (which are emollient but firmer).
It had semi-opaque coverage applied dry, which could be built up but was better applied with a dampened brush for full coverage, if desired. This shade lasted for eight hours with light fallout over time.
