Terra Moons Space Baby Iridescent Chameleon Shadow ($17.00 for 0.05 oz.) has more of a transparent base full of multichrome shifting pearl that went between bluish-violet, aqua-green, and warmer pink. It had a sparkling, metallic finish that was reflective and shiny in person.
The texture was soft, lightly emollient with larger particle shimmer/sparkle that yielded more semi-opaque, buildable coverage. I'd recommend applying with a fingertip or a dampened brush for full opacity if desired. It lasted nicely for eight hours before fading visibly, though there was light fallout over time.
