Danessa Myricks Passion Twin Flames Multichrome Pigment ($26.00 for 0.085 oz.) had a transparent base with lots of pearl and fine sparkle that had a multichromatic shift that went between medium, warmer pink, peach, chartreuse, and minty green. It was shiny, sparkling, and metallic, and it did tend to look better in person with the light reflecting ("in motion") than in a still photo.
The texture was lightweight, very fluid, and spreadable, so it took the nearly opaque coverage in one layer to more semi-opaque coverage that was fairly even, but it had to be buffed out with a fingertip or a fluffy brush to avoid looking streaky. It dried down quickly and stayed on well for 10 hours without fading, flaking, or creasing on me.
