Tarte Get It! Tarteist Quick Dry Matte Lip Paints ($20.00 for 0.20 fl. oz.) is a medium-dark peach with warm, orange undertones and a matte finish. It had good color payoff, though it was not fully opaque in a single layer--two layers would be necessary for full coverage. The texture was smooth, lightly creamy, and easy to to spread across the lips, but it was a bit streaky (even after it dried down). It didn't "crack" when I smiled, but it was clingy and drying over the five hours it lasted. I also found that it faded unevenly over time.
