Tarte Sparkler Tarteist PRO Glow Liquid Highlighter ($29.00 for 0.56 oz.) is a medium-dark, golden copper with warm, brown undertones and a sparkling, metallic finish. It had larger, chunkier sparkle, so if you're not a fan of glitter, this would not be a shade for you! It had semi-sheer, buildable pigmentation, and I was able to build up to opaque coverage with three layers. It had a stronger base color, too, so it worked as a subtle bronzer on my skin tone when I wore it as more medium coverage. The texture was smooth, gel-like but not too watery or "cool" in feel, so it applied well without going on unevenly or sheering out too quickly. The highlighter wore well for eight hours on my cheeks.
Glow like a goddess with this creamy highlighter that builds from sheer to intense magic. Ultra-concentrated pigments & pearls are suspended in the hybrid gel-cream, oil free formula that you can mix with your liquid foundation or wear alone for naturally lit luminosity. Infused with rose water, it slips softly onto skin & keeps moisture in with tapered, squeezable packaging to put the highlight exactly where you want it. The dreamy ‘stunner’ shade flatters all skin tones & you can pair it with the Amazonian clay 12-hour powder highlighter in ‘stunner’ for a seen-from-space, otherworldy strobe.
