Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Vol. 2 Eyeshadow Palette ($36.00 for 0.40 oz.) includes eight shades in a mostly neutral set of hues. The formula is different than the brand's typical Amazonian Clay eyeshadow, and it is the same as the one used in the original Rainforest of the Sea palette. It is a denser, more cream-like formula that feels firmer in the pan but is fairly blendable on the lid. It applies better to bare skin, as it adheres better and has less powderiness/fallout compared to their standard formula. I didn't find the ease of use of this palette to be as good as the original, but it was fairly easy to use and apply with most shades having good pigmentation and wear. Just as a note, the formula has a tendency to apply lighter than they look in the pan.
