Citrine is a medium-dark copper with warm, orange undertones and a bright, metallic finish with faint micro-sparkle. It had nearly opaque pigmentation applied dry with a brush or fingertip, while application with a dampened brush yielded a smoother, shinier finish that also appeared richer and deeper overall.
The texture was a bit heavy compared to most shades in the formula, so using a heavier hand to get product onto the brush initially was ideal. The product applied fairly smoothly and seemed to "melt" as it warmed up against my lid. It stayed on well for nine hours before creasing faintly.
