Sippy Sippy

Sippy Sippy is a deep brown with subtle, warm undertones and gold sparkle over a matte finish. The sparkle separates from the base color, so applied, it looks mostly matte, if not entirely matte. The sparkles were trapped in the brush or fell out when I blended out the color. It had a really soft, silky, and finely-milled feel to the powder itself, but it did sheer out against bare skin.
