Silhouette is a dark black with neutral-to-cool undertones and a semi-matte finish. There seemed to be a slight sheen to the finish, which kept it from being totally matte. The consistency was a little thinner and firmer, which made it harder to blend out without getting some patchiness. With enough effort, I was able to blend it out, though.
