Idol is a light-medium, yellowed gold with warm, orange undertones and a frosted sheen. It had semi-opaque pigmentation with a soft, lightly dusty texture--this one was prone to sheering out, but I imagine that for most this will be used as a highlighter and that sheerness will be more appreciated than not. The sheen is subtle on my skin, and the color didn't seem to translate as noticeably as I had anticipated, but as always, this will likely have more color impact on fairer complexions. It wore well for eight hours on me. Laura Mercier Addiction (P, $45.00) is more shimmery (95% similar). Becca Champagne Pop (LE, $42.00) is less shimmery, darker, warmer (95% similar). Becca Opal (P, $38.00) is more shimmery (90% similar). Illamasqua Rush (P, ) is more shimmery (90% similar). Becca Champagne Pop (P, $38.00) is more shimmery (90% similar).
