Sydney Grace Sea Breeze Matte Shadow ($5.00 for 0.06 oz.) is a light chartreuse green with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had opaque color coverage in a single layer, and it actually stayed that way when applied; there was enough substance to the consistency that it didn't immediately sheer out to nothingness. It's incredibly rare to find this light of a shade that can pack so much pigment without ten layers and a sticky primer under it. The consistency was a smidgen powdery, so there was a bit of fallout if I used a larger, fluffier brush. It wore well for eight hours on me before I noticed any fading.
