Terra Moons Among the Stars Matte Eyeshadow ($6.00 for 0.05 oz.) is a bright, lemony-lime with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. It was a slightly greener take on "highlighter yellow." Neons tend to have issues in coverage, application, and texture, and while this felt improved from past neons by the brand, it was still prone to typical problems of neon shades.
